My Hairy Dinosaur

This deviation is what I'd like to call a doodle gone horribly wrong. Yesterday afternoon I was watching draw via her personal Ustream channel, and sure enough after a few minutes I opened up photoshop and started doodling myself. Well, the doodle turned into lineart which then transformed into a colored creature, and about 10 hours from when I started I ended up with this. It gave me something to do, so I suppose I can't complain.

There isn't much of a story behind this hairy dinosaur creature, but I figure she's a motherly hermit who hid herself away in the depths of some forest. Unfortunately we seem to have stumbled upon her and her newest clutch of eggs, and she is definitely not happy about it! (Though if we just back up slowly, I have a sneaking suspicion that everything is going to end up okay!)

I also have to thank for his help with the color choices; I think the green and blue works nicely and it was all his idea. Oh, and the title was his idea too; maybe you can guess why.
