Busting through my commission queue now that school is over... feels good to be working away on stuff again.

For this image I was commissioned to draw three friends hanging out and talking together; the big lizard (named Saul) is telling quite a grand tale to his friends Xanthe (the blind crow) and Kamili (the small hyena). I really like how Saul turned out on this one, especially his markings and active expression/pose. I think I have a soft spot for lizard characters, they're just so cool looking.

Saul is amazing. All of that detail is incredible. Then, his right arm is awesome.
Drawing the shoulder of a raised arm is always quite difficult for me. You did perfect with it. =3

Thanks! I did struggle quite a bit with that raised arm, so I'm glad it turned out well. The detail on him took forever, but since I had artistic freedom to do what I wanted with his design it was all fun for me. Thanks again for the comments, I really appreciate them. ^.^
