Dragons Love Kitties Too

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the lines that you can clearly see through this picture. I had to scan it in four parts, and unfortunately, no matter what I did I couldn't make some of those lines disapear. If anyone has an idea for how to fix those eyesores, please say something.

Otherwise, this is the first portfolio picture I did for my AP art class. I thought I'd start with something that I liked, and use a medium that I liked as well. It took about two weeks total, which totally killed my hand. I'm happy with how the kitties turned out though. They look better in real life, and since I have problems drawing cats, those turned out nice for me.

Oh, and the trees! See those leaves? Those leaves = love. I think those have to be the best leaves that I've ever colored. *hugs them*

Anyway, this picture does have it's problems, but all in all it's not that bad for a first picture. The colors turned out well, the gentle feeling I wanted to give the picture seems to be coming across, and my friends seemed to like it. What do you guys think?
